Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a producing method of an ice product using a baked confectionery. The producing method of a baked confectionery for an ice according to the present invention is characterized by: mixing a dough of a baked confectionery comprising strong flour with from 0.5% to 10.0%, preferably 0.5% to 5.0%, by weight of avicel. The ice product of the ice product according to the present invention uses the baked confectionery produced in the above method.
