A sort of circuit breaker having an insulation housing (43) formed by the base and the cover, the handle (76) inside the insulation housing for ON-OFF operations externally; the fixing contact (44) located on said base in said housing; movable contact (46) in response to said fixed contact (44) for separation from the contact; cross bar (48) driving said movable contact (46); arm hung on the cross bar; handle arm forming the toggle link with one end hung on the arm and the other on said handle; over-current-escape device (60) in response to the use of over-current for the drive of said toggle link; guide plate (95) having the axis supported on said handle; handle spring (96) at hung on said guide plate and said handle making said guide plate and said handle be matained at a specific position; and the pin (97) with one end freely supported on said guide plate by means of an axis while the other end freely supported on said cross bar by means of an axis.
