Zusammenfassung:	A winder, which comprises rollers of a transversing device for rotationally driving the winding bundle to transversely move the thread on the winding bundle, which is characterized in that: a pulley with a groove showing a nearly V-shaped section is supported into free rotation through a shaft member, a fulcrum guide is used to guide the thread to the roller; a turning shaft of the fulcrum guide is tilted to a yarn feeding passage by an angle adjuster so that the thread is slidingly contacted with a wall surface of the groove; meanwhile a sliding contact state changing device is installed so that the sliding state of the thread on the thread supplying side which is supplied to the pulley is different from the sliding state of the pulley to the supply side of the roller.
