Zusammenfassung: | A kind of manufacturing method of ceramic face brick from recycled aluminum slag which uses the aluminum slag from stabilizing procedures to produce the face brick, the steps include: a. mix the recycled aluminum slag with water and comminute to isolate the aluminum particles from non-metal material b. proceed the wet vibration process to bolt the coarse-grained with high aluminum density from fine particles with low aluminum density; the coarse-grained is recycled for aluminum production c. adjust the solid/liquid ratio for fine aluminum slag particles and water between 1:1 to 1:5, and proceed the heating and agitation for stabilization so that the active components, such as the aluminum, aluminum nitride and aluminum carbide, within the pulp can be hydrolyzed and erased.
