Zusammenfassung:	A group of longitudinal bars (5) with tension resistance and flexibility which were wound on a pair of reels (4) are lowered into a continuous wall groove (1). After the foundation consolidation concrete (12) has been deposited, the longitudinal reinforcing bars (5) are tensioned while the concrete (14) is deposited. Then after the concrete is set, the tension in the longitudinal reinforcing bars (5) are released to give it a prestress.
