By sepreading masking of a specificwidth from one side of the surface 12 on the basic board 10having a fixed thickness, and adhering the finishing material 40on the thick surface 11 without spreading masking from thesurface 12 of other side, a surface finishing surface 41 isformed with finishing material 40 on the whole surface of one side of the surface of the basic board 10 having a fixed thickness, and at the same time a thickness finishing surface 42 is formed with finishing material on the thickness surface 11 so as to continue from the surface finishing surface 41. And also it is possible to obtain the PC plate affixed with the surface-decorated board for construction.
