A method of determining the cleanness of spinneret and a spinneret on-line detection and cleaning system

A method of determining the cleanness of spinneret which comprises thefollowing steps: (a) sampling step:se synthetic fibers with different and known radius as samples; (b) photo spots formation step: use light beams with different radius to shine on each of the synthetic fibers to form photo spots with different radius on the samples; (c) signal values determination step: use a photo detector to detect the intensity of the reflective light signal of two photo spots and calculate the ratio of the signal's intensities to obtain a set of calibration ratio; (d) fiber radius determination step: shine the photo beam on the fiber with unknown radius and obtain the fiber ratio according to step (c), meanwhile, compare the ratio with the calibrated ratio to calculate the radius of the fiber so as to obtain the cleanness of the corresponding spinneret.
