| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing peripheral neuropathy induced by chemotherapeutic agents, which comprises an alkalinizing agent. By administering the present pharmaceutical composition, it is possible to treat or prevent peripheral neuropathy induced by chemotherapeutic agents, particularly cancer chemotherapeutic agents. The present invention also provides an anti-cancer pharmaceutical composition containing an alkalinizing agent and a cancer chemotherapeutic agent, by which the development of peripheral neuropathy is suppressed. By administering the present pharmaceutical composition, it is possible to treat cancer in which the expression of peripheral neuropathy is suppressed. |
