Zusammenfassung:Provided is a hybrid type solid electrolytic capacitor in which a high withstand voltage and excellent capacitor characteristics are realized. This solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a capacitor element. The capacitor element comprises: an anode containing a valve action metal; a cathode opposing the anode; and an electrolytic layer that is interposed between the anode and the cathode, and that includes an electrolytic solution and a solid electrolyte. The anode has, on the surface thereof, a dielectric coating film having a withstand voltage of 300V or higher. The electrolytic solution includes a solute of 0.08-0.34 mol/kg, and 1-10 wt% of water in relation to the total electrolytic solution included in the capacitor element.
