The hollow tube body is provided with a plurality of spray holes along its longitudinal direction and includes a plurality of sections, two adjacent sections are connected by a choke ring, and the choke ring has a through hole for the fluid to pass through. On a tangential plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hollow tube body, a cross-sectional area of the through hole is smaller than that of the flow channel.
