Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a laminate that comprises a base material layer and a sealant layer, wherein: the content of 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer (B1) is not less than 98 mass% relative to the total mass of the base material layer; the content of 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer (S1) is not less than 98 mass% relative to the total mass of the sealant layer; and when Tmb is the melting point of the base material layer and Xs is the temperature of a higher one of the melting point Tms of the sealant layer and the glass transition point Tgs of the sealant layer, 5 DEG C ≤ Tmb - Xs is satisfied, or when in a region formed by a DSC curve and a baseline of the base material layer, which are obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), [Delta]Hmb@Xs is the integration value of a region where the temperature is not lower than Xs, [Delta]Hmb@Xs ≥ 5 J/g is satisfied. Also provided is a film or packaging material which comprises the laminate.
