Zusammenfassung:	In an image display method that displays a result of detecting a cellular region from stained image by the immunostaining method, a screen display mode can be switched between a first display mode and a second display mode. In the first display mode, a first display image group is displayed side by side. The first display image group includes two or more overlay images in which a stained image from a stained image group and a cell detection image are superimposed for each of two or more of the multiple fields of view. In the second display mode, a second display image group is displayed side by side. The second display image group includes two or more overlay images in which two or more stained images from the stained image group are each superimposed with a cell detection image for one of the multiple fields of view. This makes it possible to facilitate operator verification of the detection results of a cellular region.
