Zusammenfassung:	The object is to provide a cutting blade that makes a base and a blade firmly combined together while eliminating or reducing the use of an adhesive. The solution is a cutting blade that comprises a base having a protrusion portion, an annular blade having an opening into which the protrusion portion is inserted, and an annular fixing member that fixes the annular blade to the base, such that the annular blade is clamped between the base and the annular fixing member that is fixed to the protrusion portion. The protrusion portion comprises a groove into which the annular fixing member is embedded. The annular fixing member is an annular elastic body having a pair of ends that are spaced from each other by a distance. The base and the annular fixing member that is fixed to the protrusion portion clamp the annular blade so that the adhesive used to fix the annular blade to the base can be eliminated or reduced but the base and the annular blade are still firmly combined together.
