Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process for preparing thick electrode films having a thickness of greater than or equal to 100 [mu]m and less than or equal to 600 [mu]m for secondary alkaline ion energy storage devices, the process comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a dispersion comprising at least one solvent and solids having a total solids content of the dispersion of greater than or equal to 40 wt.% and less than or equal to 80 wt.%, wherein the solids comprise active material, one or more conductivity additives, and one or more binders, and mixing butanediol into the dispersion in a concentration of greater than or equal to 2 % by weight and less than or equal to 10 % by weight based on the total weight; (b) applying the dispersion in a layer thickness of greater than or equal to 200 [mu]m and less than or equal to 1200 [mu]m; and (c) drying the applied dispersion to obtain an electrode film. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of the process according to the invention for the pr |
