Zusammenfassung:	A backlight panel with touch control function, which is disposed on the bottom layer of a display and stacked with a liquid crystal module and a glass cover, includes a glass substrate, a plurality of light-emitting members, a touch control circuit, and a diffusion ink layer. The light-emitting members are selectively disposed on the surface of one side of the glass substrate either neighboring or away from the liquid crystal module. Then, the touch control circuit is disposed on the surface of the glass substrate away from the light-emitting members. Besides, the diffusion ink layer is formed on the side of the glass substrate having the light-emitting elements. With the foregoing structure, the present invention effectively reduces the complexity of the circuit arrangement, the thickness of the display, and the manufacturing cost of the circuit.
