Zusammenfassung:Provided is a charge-transporting composition suitable for forming a charge-transporting thin film of an organic photoelectric conversion element and comprising, for example: a polythiophene derivative containing a repeating unit represented by formula (T1); a heterocyclic compound represented by formula (n1); an electron-accepting dopant substance; and a solvent. (Rt1 and Rt2 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a C1-C40 alkyl group, or -O-Y1-O- formed by bonding Rt1 and Rt2, where Y1 is a C1-C40 alkylene group which may include an ether bond.) (Ra and Rb each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group which may have a substituent, or the like, Ra and Rb may be bonded to each other to form a C4-C6 ring, and Xa is N or CH.).
