The invention discloses an avatar-based interaction system, method, and computer-readable medium. First, provide a metaverse application module on an electronic device with a display screen to present a metaverse space including a role avatar, and then a first user logins the metaverse space using the electronic device to have a dialogue with the role avatar. Next, send a communication request to a communication apparatus of a second user according to dialogue content between the first user and the role avatar to receive the communication content, and configure a second user role avatar in the metaverse for the second user, and respectively connects the first and second users through the electronic device and the communication apparatus for communication. Thereafter, apply the communication content of the second user to the second user role avatar, so that appearance or movement of the second user role avatar changes to match the communication content.
