The lens is located in the lens holder. The movement of the lens holder drives the movement of the lens. Lenses are used to display virtual images. The adjustment is located in the lens holder. The adjustment device exerts a push force towards the lens holder, preventing the pupil distance from increasing and avoiding a decrease in the viewing range. The exit distance is the distance of the lens relative to the user's eye. The viewing range is the range that the user's eyes see through the lens. The present application provides a head-mounted device to avoid a smaller viewing range of the eyes.
