TYK2 pseudokinase ligands and uses thereof

Described herein are compounds that are useful in the modulation of inflammation and treating associated disorders by acting on TYK2 to cause TYK2-mediated signal transduction inhibition. In some embodiments, the TYK2-mediated disorder is an autoimmune disorder, an inflammatory disorder, an endocrine disorder, a neurological disorder, a proliferative disorder, or a disorder associated with transplantation.
