The communication device is adapted to be rotated relative to the first bracket around a first axis. The first axis is perpendicular to the housing surface. The second bracket is rotatably connected to the first bracket. The first bracket is adapted to be rotated relative to the second bracket around a second axis. The second axis is perpendicular to the first axis.
