UV-curable silicone composition and cured product thereof

The present invention is a UV-curable silicone composition that comprises: (A) an organopolysiloxane which has at least two alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule; (B) an organosilicon compound which has at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule, and in which the number of hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in the component (B) is 0.5-5.0 with respect to each alkenyl group bonded to a silicon atom in the component (A); (C) a platinum group metal catalyst that is activated by light having a wavelength of 200-500 nm; and (D) a zirconium nitride powder which has a BET specific surface area of 10-100 m2/g, and which is contained in an amount of 0.1-5 parts by mass with respect to a total of 100 parts by mass of the components (A) and (B). As a result, provided is a UV-curable silicone composition that provides a cured product that has excellent curability at a deep portion thereof, and high light-blocking properties for a visible light range.
