Zusammenfassung:Provided are spherical silica particles having excellent flowability, a resin composite composition containing the same, and a production method thereof. Spherical silica particles wherein, among particles of 1-30 [mu]m inclusive detected by a Coulter counter, the number frequency of particles of 3 [mu]m or more is 300-50000 ppm inclusive and the number frequency of particles of 5 [mu]m or more is 100 ppm or less, and the specific surface area measured by the BET method is 5.0 m2/g or more and not more than 20 m2/g, a resin composite composition containing the spherical silica particles, and a production method thereof.
