Zusammenfassung:	A tape laying device is provided. The tape laying device includes a tape transmission mechanism, a compaction head mechanism, a cutter mechanism, a heating mechanism and a motion mechanism. The tape transmission mechanism is used to convey the composite tape. The compaction head mechanism is connected to the tape transmission mechanism, and the compaction head mechanism is used for pressing the composite tape and driving the composite tape to have a moving path, so as to the composite tape is laid on the mould surface. The heating mechanism heats the composite tape. Through the motion mechanism, during the process of cutting the composite tape by the cutter mechanism, the cutter mechanism moves in the direction of the moving path and has an active path.
