Writing device and pen

The present invention provides a writing device and a pen. The pen includes a pen body and a pen nib that is connected to the pen body. The pen body includes two magnetically attracted members relatively movable to each other. When the two magnetically attracted members are located adjacent to each other, the pen body is configured to be magnetically attracted to a magnetic portion, so that the two magnetically attracted members and the pen nib are magnetized, thereby allowing the pen nib to magnetically attract a magnetic ink and to store the magnetic ink in the pen body. When the pen body is separated from the magnetic portion, the magnetic ink flows from the pen body to the pen nib.
