Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a complex probiotic composition for imrpoving exercise performance of a subject with low intrinsic aerobic exercise capacity and a use thereof. The complex probiotic composition, which includes Lactobacillus rhamnosus GKLC1, Bifidobacterium lactis GKK24 and Clostridium butyricum GKB7, can be administered to a subject with low intrinsic aerobic exercise capacity in a continuation period, for reducing levels of serum latic acid serum urea nitrogen after aerobic exercise, lowering the proportion of offal fat and/or elevating the level of glucogen in the liver and muscle,, thereby being as an effective ingredient for use in preparation of various compositions.
