Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to uses of a melanin-concentrating hormone receptor 1 (MCHR1) antagonist, e.g., a compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or pharmaceutical compositions thereof for the treatment of Prader-Willi Syndrome, for improving, alleviating or delaying progression of one or more symptoms of Prader-Willi Syndrome, such as hyperphagia, for maintaining or reducing body weight, or for reducing food intake in a patient afflicted with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
