Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a safety toe-cap, comprising a plurality of fiber layers that are stacked with one another. Each fiber layer is bonded with resin, and then is heated and pressurized to be hardened and molded. The molded safety toe-cap has a cavity to accommodate a user's toes, and the safety toe-cap is provided with an outer surface and an inner surface that are arranged oppositely. The inner surface of the top of the cavity is provided with an inner stop piece, and the inner stop piece is integrally formed with the plurality of fiber layers, so as to produce enough protective strength to prevent at least one of the plurality of fiber layers from protruding downward in the direction facing the cavity after it is broken, thereby it is able to ensure the comfort during use and the safety of the user's toes. |
