Video integrated voiceprint monitoring system and method thereof

The present invention provides a video integrated voiceprint monitoring system and method thereof. The system includes a video device for capturing initial video of different parts of an operating machine tool; a controller having a processing module, a determining module, and a marking module, the processing module capturing a audio signal from the initial video and analyzing the audio signal according to an analysis condition to obtain an audio characteristic variation data, the determining module comparing the audio characteristic variation data with a comparison model to obtain a determination result, the marking module marking an abnormal mark on the audio characteristic variation data according to the determination result and generating an audio analysis data, and the processing module integrating the audio analysis data with the initial video to generate a status video. Therefore, the present invention accurately determines abnormality of machine tool.
