Zusammenfassung:	This heat exchanger analysis device includes a chronological change acquisition unit, a temperature fluctuation region identification unit, a fluctuation frequency calculation unit, and a fatigue determination unit. The chronological change acquisition unit acquires the chronological change of a metal temperature measured at a measurement point provided to a heat exchanger. The temperature fluctuation region identification unit identifies, from the chronological change, a plurality of temperature fluctuation regions that have a temperature fluctuation range. The fluctuation frequency calculation unit calculates a fluctuation frequency of the metal temperature in a predetermined period on the basis of the plurality of temperature fluctuation regions. The fatigue determination unit determines, on the basis of the fluctuation frequency, whether a heat exchanging part at the measurement point is fatigued.
