Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a composite rubber material, which comprises the following steps: (a) forming a raw rubber material into a sheet-like raw rubber; and (b) laminating a face material onto the surface of the sheet-like raw rubber and heating the same to a predetermined temperature so that the face material and the sheet-like raw rubber are pressurized to form a composite rubber material. Accordingly, the face material and the sheet-like raw rubber can be bonded without using an adhesive, thereby reducing the manufacturing process and lowering the energy consumption. Moreover, the face material contains at least 30% of latex material.
