Electronic device and buckle structure

Disclosed are an electronic device and a buckle structure. The electronic device includes a casing element, a conducting element, a substrate element and a buckle structure. The conducting element is arranged and passes through the casing element. The substrate element is located in the interior of the casing element. The buckle structure has a body portion, the body portion is arc-shaped, two ends of the body portion respectively extend outward to form an extension portion, and one side of the body portion protrudes outward to form a plurality of clamping portions; wherein, the buckle structure clamps the conducting element by the plurality of clamping portions so as to be fixed on the conducting element, and a plurality of extension portions are used for abutting against the substrate element. By means of the disclosure, the electronic device and the buckle structure of the present invention can reduce the use of space and lower the cost.
