Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for building a deep learning module for predicting the risk of developing severe illness in a COVID-19 patient, comprising providing chest X-ray images of multiple COVID-19 patients, preprocessing the images before extracting feature vectors from each image to train a deep learning model to generate a deep learning module for predicting the risk of developing severe illness in a COVID-19 patient. The present invention also provides a method for predicting the risk of developing a severe illness in a COVID-19 patient, comprising providing at least one chest X-ray image of the patient, and inputting the image into the deep learning module build by the aforementioned method for analysis to predict the risk of developing severe illness in the patient.
