Zusammenfassung: | A blockchain-based food safety verification document conversion system includes a manufacturer interaction platform, a risk control platform, and a deep learning server. The risk control platform is connected to the manufacturer interaction platform and uses a plurality of terminals to form a public blockchain. An interaction server of the manufacturer interaction platform transmits a plurality of original production documents, a plurality of audit documents and a plurality of regulatory documents to the risk control platform and stores them in the public blockchain. The deep learning server is connected to the risk control platform to receive the plurality of original production documents, and includes a heterogeneous data integration module, a sparse data balancing module, and a deep learning training module, in order to generate a deep learning model for identifying food safety risks and transmit the same to the plurality of terminals to generate a food safety verification result. |
