Primary aminotriazine dithiol represented by Chemical Formula (1) below is used as a cross-linking agent for a chlorinated butyl rubber composition. The use of this cross-linking agent makes it possible to accelerate the cross-linking reaction and achieve cross-linked rubber with excellent rubber elasticity. where R1 is a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms.
