Zusammenfassung:Provided is a method for designing surgical instrument, which is applicable to a processing unit, a skeletal image data corresponding to a case, and a predetermined surgical instrument, and comprises: obtaining a three-dimensional skeletal model and a three-dimensional surgical instrument model through the processing unit; simulating measurement result from the three-dimensional surgical instrument model acting on the three-dimensional skeletal model through a sensor used by the processing unit; and using the measurement result to make the processing unit to generate patient specific instrumentation (PSI) data containing an adjustment range corresponding to the measurement result, wherein the patient specific instrumentation data corresponds to a patient specific instrument and the patient specific instrument corresponds to the predetermined surgical instrument while having position changes corresponding to the adjustment range.
