Method for manufacturing functional goose feed additive from king oyster mushroom roots pulverizing the king oyster mushroom roots with sawdust bran

This invention provides a method for manufacturing a functional goose feed additive from king oyster mushroom roots. The method includes the following steps: pulverizing the king oyster mushroom roots with sawdust bran; sterilizing the obtained king oyster mushroom roots; implanting saccharomycetes into sterilized pulverized king oyster mushroom roots obtained from the above step for performing first fermentation; implanting lactobacilli into a first fermentation product obtained from the above step for performing second fermentation; and drying in a cold air a second fermentation product obtained from the above step as the functional goose feed additive with a moisture content of not more than 20wt%. This invention further provides a method for using the goose feed additive, that is, adding the goose feed additive to a goose feed at a ratio of 2wt% to 6wt%.
