Zusammenfassung:	Provided are: a liquid crystal aligning agent which enables the achievement of a liquid crystal alignment film that exhibits excellent voltage holding ratio and quick reduction of accumulated charge, while being not susceptible to the occurrence of flicker during driving; a liquid crystal alignment film; and a liquid crystal display element. A liquid crystal aligning agent which contains a polymer (A) having a structure represented by formula (1) and a polymer (B) having a structure represented by formula (2). In formula (1), R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms.
