The present invention discloses a sliding burn-in socket, which includes: a base fixed to a circuit board; a carrier located above the base and connected to the base via an elastic connection means so that the carrier can move vertically relative to the base; a heat dissipation unit located above the carrier and configured to be vertically movable relative to the base between a closed position and an open position; and a handle connected to the heat dissipation unit and being operable to move the base vertically between the closed position and the open position.
