The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus for equipment of processing electronic components. The inspection apparatus according to the present invention includes: a laser irradiator; a reflective plate; a confirmation camera; a mounting bracket arranged for installation of the reflective plate; and a controller that implements analysis on images taken by the confirmation camera to analyze an installation state of an electronic component. The mounting bracket has a fitting part. The reflective plate is pressurized onto a flat fitting surface of the mounting bracket for fitting the reflective plate. According to the present invention, the reflective plate is fitted onto the flat fitting surface of the mounting bracket in a manner of exhibiting a required inclination, so that a reflection direction of laser reflected by the reflective plate can become precise, thereby improving the reliability of the inspection.
