The present invention relates to an off season planting structure, which comprises: a closed heat-preservation blowing pipe comprising a surrounding wall, an interior channel, an intake, at least one first through hole, at least one second through hole, and a separator. The surrounding wall surrounds the interior channel. The intake, the at least one first through hole and the at least one second through hole are disposed on the surrounding wall. The at least one first through hole and the at least one second through hole are adjacent to each other. The separator is disposed in the interior channel and partitions the interior channel into an upper interior channel and a lower interior channel. The separator comprises at least one third through hole in fluidly communication with the upper interior channel and the lower interior channel, wherein the intake is in fluidly communication with the lower interior channel and the outside of the closed heat-preservation blowing pipe, and the at least one first through
