A processor is configured to perform the following steps, including: receiving an original image; extracting a plurality of initial feature layers from the original image; obtaining a plurality of fused feature layers through an interpolation method and an addition operation based on the initial feature layers; and input the fused feature layers respectively to the corresponding detection head, to obtain bounding box probability distribution through a bounding box regression branch of the detection head and classification probability distribution through a classification branch of the detection head.
