Zusammenfassung:	The hot melt adhesive sheet according to the present invention is a hot melt adhesive sheet including a substrate and an adhesive sheet that is formed by a hot melt adhesive and laminated on at least one side of the substrate, wherein the hot melt adhesive includes a crosslinked product of an adhesive composition including a crosslinking agent and further includes a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, and 6 parts by mass or more and 14 parts by mass or less of an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent based on 100 parts by mass of the polyurethane resin, the polyurethane resin includes a structural unit derived from polyol, the skeleton of which has a carbon number of 8 or more, and the epoxy resin is a bisphenol A type epoxy resin with epoxy equivalent of 450 g/eq or more and 3000 g/eq or less.
