Zusammenfassung:	An objective of this invention is to provides a phosphorous-containing compound, a curable resin composition including the compound and a cured article of the resin composition, wherein the phosphorous-containing compound is useful to be a reactive phosphorous flame retardant, with excellent solvent solubility, and the cured article thereof is excellent in thermo-resistance and dielectric properties. This invention provides a phosphorous-containing (meth)acryloyl compound represented by the following general formula (1); In the general formula(1), R1, R2 are each hydrogen, hydroxyl group, or a group represented by -OR or -R, R is an alkyl group with a carbon number of 2 to 40; R1, R2 may be the same or different, and R1, R2 may form a ring structure with the phosphorous atom; R3 is C1 to C20 alkyl group; X in the formula is a substituent represented by the following general formula (2); In the general formula (2), R4 is hydrogen or methyl group.
