PCB defect detection system and PCB defect detection method

The system comprises at least a first detection sub-model and a second detection sub-model, and the first detection sub-model has higher priority than the second detection sub-model, wherein the first detection sub-model/the second detection sub-model is pre-trained to predict the probability that a PCB image has a first defect type/a second defect type, and the first defect type is different from the second defect type. If the probability predicted by the first detection sub-model that the target PCB image has the first defect type exceeds a preset first threshold, the defect detection result of the target PCB image is determined as the first defect type; Otherwise, input the target PCB image into the second detection sub-model. The present disclosure proposes to divide multiple sub-models to focus on learning a specific defect type respecti
