The aqueous cleansing liquid contains a quaternary ammonium salt and a nonionic surfactant. The nonionic surfactant is preferably a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether. The number of ethylene oxides in the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether is preferably 20 or greater. The quaternary ammonium salt is preferably benzalkonium chloride.
