Zusammenfassung:	This motor system inverter-controls a motor (2). The motor system comprises: a stator module (20A) in which coils (24) are wound around a plurality of teeth (22) disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction around the motor rotating shaft line (0); and a power module (30) in which a plurality of upper/lower arm device sets (31) each corresponding to each phase are attached to a base member (34). The module (20A) and the module (30A) are disposed at positions aligned in the motor rotating shaft line direction. The module (20A) is attached to the base member (34) on one side, and the upper/lower arm device sets (31) are attached to the base member (34) on the other side.
