To provide an information processing system, etc., which enables a user to easily understand repair time or service life of a tool before a trouble occurs. According to an aspect of the present invention, an information processing system is provided. The information processing system comprises a processor capable of executing a program in such a manner that each of the following steps is performed. In a management step, tool information indicating two or more tools that are products of user and customer information indicating a customer who owns or borrows a tool are managed. In an acquisition step, parameter related to use of a tool by a customer is acquired. In a notification step, when parameter meets a predetermined condition, the user is notified of the repair time or the service life of the tool in a manner that the tool information and the customer information can be understood.
