Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method for preparing a ceramic membrane on a stainless steel surface. For the stainless steel surface, the micro-arc oxidation technology of the monopole pulse power supply mode or the bipolar pulse power mode is used to prepare a ceramic film with high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance in an aluminate electrolyte. Micro-arc oxidation technology, in which stainless steel (316L) serves as the base material, is used to prepare a ceramic-like film of ceramic material on the surface of stainless steel in an aluminate-based electrolyte system, thereby improving the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
