Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, comprising a novel compound that inhibits the activity of prostaglandin E2 receptor and an anticancer agent as active ingredients. The novel compound of the present invention inhibited the activity of prostaglandin E2 receptor and inhibited tumor growth in colorectal cancer and lung cancer tumor models. In addition, it was found that when administered in combination with other anticancer agents such as a chemotherapeutic agent and/or an immune checkpoint inhibitor, a synergistic effect was exhibited in anticancer activity. Therefore, a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, comprising the novel compound and an anticancer agent as active ingredients may be effectively used for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
