Zusammenfassung:	A plant cultivation device according to the present invention comprises: holders; spacers; a plurality of conveyance paths including a first conveyance path and a second conveyance path; a culture solution tank; a first take-in/take-out unit; a second take-in/take-out unit; and a control unit. The control unit controls at least one of the first take-in/take-out unit and the second take-in/take-out unit such that the growth stage of the plants in the holders disposed in an earlier-cultivation-phase section of the first conveyance path differs from the growth stage of the plants in the holders disposed in an earlier-cultivation-phase section of the second conveyance path. The control unit also controls at least one of the first take-in/take-out unit and the second take-in/take-out unit such that when, in the holders disposed in later-cultivation-phase sections of the first conveyance path and the second conveyance path, the growth stage of the plants in one of the first conveyance path and the second conveyance
